4. Weather and Safety
Tree care and land clearing can involve hazardous conditions and unpredictable factors. Work may be delayed or rescheduled because of:

- Heavy rain
- Unsafe ground conditions
- Other conditions that may create a safety risk
Safety takes priority over maintaining a scheduled work time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and notifying us of known:

- Irrigation systems
- Septic systems
- Private utility lines
- Property boundaries
- Structures or other hazards
- Access restrictions
Customers should also provide reasonable access to the property so the agreed work can be completed.
6. Property Access and Protection
We take reasonable precautions to protect your property while performing services. However, tree removal, stump grinding, land clearing, and related work can involve heavy equipment, falling debris, roots, soil disturbance, and other unavoidable impacts.
Customers acknowledge that certain existing conditions may affect the property during the work.
7. Underground Utilities
Before work begins, customers must disclose known underground utilities or private lines.
Public utility locating services may identify public utilities, but privately installed lines may not be identified through standard utility-locating services.
Customers may be responsible for identifying and marking private underground systems on their property.
8. Payments
Payment terms will be provided in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Jobber and its associated payment services.
Customers are responsible for paying invoices according to the agreed payment terms.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when requesting cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellation fees or other charges may apply when specifically stated in the estimate or service agreement.
10. Emergency Services
Emergency tree services may be provided when available. Emergency work is intended to address immediate hazards or property damage.
Emergency situations may require additional equipment, labor, or safety measures, which may affect the final cost.

With appropriate permission, we may photograph completed projects for documentation, marketing, advertising, or portfolio purposes.
